Eagles practiced today with OL of Peters-Tobin-Molk-Kelly-Herremans

I like it. Gardner was struggling quite a bit from what I saw and Tobin looked really good in preseason. If Herremans can still move this should be a nice stopgap for a week til Lane comes back.

Cliffs: Billy Davis has been uneasy playing 5'10" Boykin on the outside against taller receivers, keeping his snap count at barely over 30% on the year. But concerns about his size or him specializing in the slot corner position are largely overblown, and with Fletcher and Cary getting burnt on a regular basis, there's a strong argument that he should have the chance to play a bigger role in the secondary.

chip has had three really bad coaching games in his career and they've all been against playoff teams. This game was really winnable.

Having said that, they play the rams and giants before going into the bye. I was expecting 4-2 but they could easily go 5-1

Yeah, how they lost really sucked, but not 100% shocked. Also figure they would go 4-2 going into the bye, and that was predicting a loss @IND.

I mean it's plainly obvious that Foles generally hasn't looked great this season, but this is also what happens when you go from playing behind possibly the greatest o-line in the league to playing behind probably the worst o-line in the league.

jenkins has been one of the best safeties in the league this year and it's not debatable. 4 game sample i know but he's a playmaker and generally a decent tackler. he's also a leader, which matters.

Gotta get the o-line right, nothing else matters. It's just a giant snowball effect that turns a 30+ ppg offense into hot garbage. Frustrating though that if the offense could have just done *something*, they could have stolen yet another game.

Special teams are consistently awesome, best unit we've had in I don't know how long. Defense turned in the best performance of the year too.
