I like it a lot b/c from what I hear, he is a solid coverage linebacker, which is exactly what the eagles need - the run d is solid, they don't need trotter like they did 5 years ago when Darwin "blowing my gap assignment" Walker was here.

Hes not really a middle linebacker but it was the best they could probably do. Gaither keeps getting dinged every week so they needed to add somebody who could actually play a little. The offensive line problems > defense though.

Peters is apparently fine, banged up but will play this week.

Herremans is approaching 100% and will play this week.

It will take time for the line to gel (O-Line continuity is massively important), but should be much better this week than vs Oakland.
