greetings fellow Philadelphia sports fans.

I, too, am thrilled that the Seventy-Sixers have the 2nd pick in the upcoming draft.

Eventhough he is a Buckeye, I wont hold that against him.

I wouldn't rule out them taking Favors. His ceiling is like Amare Stoudamire that can play defense.

No I think at #2 you have to take Turner but if they really like Favors they could try and trade with Nets or Wolves and pick up an extra #1 or a young player. At least with Turner we'd never have to see Willie Green on the court again.

If they take Turner and don't make a trade do they end up rotating Turner/Iguodala/Young at SG and SF so two of the three are always out there?

Trade Iggy IMO.

If at all possible.

lol this

gotta trade Iggy imo if we draft turner, but maybe iggy for al jefferson is more realistic, since the t-wolves are gonna have favors/cousins fall to them and have a logjam at the 4 with aj/love/favors or cousins and we'll have thad/iggy/turner.

Ive been hearing rumoprs of them possibly trading down and taking Wesley Johnson, whom I like quite a bit. He impressed me alot at Syracuse.

My assumption is they shop Iggy in hopes of moving him and his lol contract to make space for Turner, if not they will get hit with the luxury tax.

Then I guess if they cant get the deal they want there, they offer up the 2nd overall to the T-Wolves for the 4th and 23rd picks (I doubt they could get the 16th). Then take Wesley Johnson and maybe take a chance on Terrico White (I havent heard that they like him but it might be a good risk to take).

Oh, and Doug Collins is negotiating for the job right now. I guess the high pick might have peaked his interest a bit.

I would HATE if we drafted Wes Johnson, especially at #4, i'd much rather have whats ever left of Favors/Cousins. I just think Wes Johnson is wayyyy over-rated IMO

Hopefully we get Doug Collins, him or Avery Johnson, although anything will be an upgrade over Eddie Jordan.
