I thought JT was stopped short. I'm not sure I understand the spot rules re: furthest advancement. Oh well, GG.

Thanks guys! Amazing game. Sorry we didn't return the favor in the late afternoon.

This is just meant to be funny. Not a depiction of all m*ch*g*n fans - but it shows the meaning of the game to people on so many levels. I know you could find basement tirades like this when tOSU loses this game as well. This was just on 11 Warriors so I saw it.

A 10.4 overnight is pretty strong TV rating isn't it?

BTW - two straight years that a crazy loss by m*ch*g*n in conference cost OSU a shot at the Conference Championship and a NC. I know, I know - had OSU beaten MSU last year and PSU this year it wouldn't have mattered. But seriously a little help from our neighbors up north would have been cool.

Thanks. Sure would be nice. The Rose Bowl is shaping up to be awesome. Way better than last year's trash. Hope ya'll pull it off.

So much CROOTIN talk elsewhere. I'm sure it's more fun than it used to be for UM and PSU fans so maybe that's why. I used to follow it years ago, but it didn't return much enjoyment for me. Part of it is you never really know how things will shake out. And 1 or 2 commits won't change dick for a program like tOSU. It's not like 21st century Nebraska where a 5 star commit is a big deal.

I check the rankings every now and then and I'm happy when we land a solid guy, but the speculation and such is just such a waste of air. The best part, which we all agree on, is the word CROOTIN. Such a satisfying word to say/type/inner-monologue.

It's not interesting for OSU fans because they always get who they want. Even if they do strike out on a player, there's another great plan B guy waiting to flip.

Yeah, definitely has something to do with it. The main thing is I've seen so many 3 stars become good players and so many 5 stars fizzle out that it just doesn't matter to me. The class as a whole on signing day matters, but dgaf about individual guys that aren't like top 10 prospects.

What is especially unbelievable about your class this year is that you may end up with five of the top 10 guys on the 247 composite.

So they literally might get the best class ever. Great.

Definitely opportunities for greatness among us. The most bittersweet thing is the return of UM to prominence. Everything means more.

oh I just clicked on the players and the no7 is 94% osu so I guess they got 3 top 10s.

Don't read in to the 247 CB percentages too much. There's a couple reporters who get real info from HS and college coaches, but then many others just add follow-on CBs from those guys.

Yeah I only read mgoblog. They are surprisingly intellectually honest and don't do the standard CROOTIN' clickbait nonsense. On Harris, they basically are saying "nobody knows, he doesn't talk to anyone, the coaches feel good about it."

well, osu has 9 of the top 50 lol already committed. but thats not counted the percentage picks either. and apparently the no7 is a lock too, so thats 10 when he commits. seems they are in the running for almost everyone else on that list. almost seems unfair lol.

and bama crushing too obv.

What I meant was the crystal ball percentages are usually way less certain about a team's chances or way more certain. Very few of a player's crystal balls are put in by reporters who have actual inside info on where he thinks a recruit might end up.
