I think you were looking for a plural there to be fair. Plus, 2 of the last five seasons is kinda substantial you know?

I can't remember another one where I had no real idea of what's going down. Do I expect Michigan to win? Eh, I guess deep down not really, but it's way closer than "lol you don't think your team can win do you?"

Neither side should be overly confident.

To be honest this is probably very accurate. I guess like all of us the fan in us takes over and we exaggerate a little. I do see ND having a big edge in experience, especially at QB which could be the difference. It might have no effect at all. Other then the stupid catholics comment. your point is well taken.

Notre Dame sucks and their coach is fat.

Ok, semi-serious...the Hemmingway injury is really not good at all. Besides that, I think the key to the game is Michigan's secondary (particularly Warren) v. ND receivers.

I think those receivers are going to get theirs. I think what they need to do is take some chances with putting pressure on the QB and just try and keep the receivers in front of them.

I didn't write it out but it's 2 for the last 10. If you count the wrong end of a BCS thrashing a success.

btw, the second thing UM needs to do is score. They aren't going to win 7-3. If they win at all (and I'm skeptical) I think the need to out score ND. 24+ points.

The spread is what, 3-4 points? As others have pointed out, if you guys are SURE ND can't lose, you should be a very rich man tomorrow morning.

2007 imo. Both teams were just absolutely terrible in each of their first two games; ND got thrashed by GT at home then lost to PSU, M lost to App State and then got thrashed by Oregon, both at home.

I've got to go, Rock. It's all right. I'm not afraid. Some time, Rock, when the team is up against it, when things are wrong and the breaks are beating the boys, ask them to go in there with all they've got and win just one for the Gipper. I don't know where I'll be then, Rock. But I'll know about it, and I'll be happy.

I just reread my posts and few people can breakdown a college football match-up like me. To reiterate: UM needs to do two things. They need to score more points on offense, and give up fewer points on defense. If they can do just those two things, they should have a chance.

I expect this year will play a large role in what scouts think of him.
