Wow...this is just awful...oh well on a side note I got tickets for Friday's game so I'm a bit stoked to go being that I haven't gotten a chance to go at all this season...it is CC pitching though so my joy might be short lived.
park UES and take the train br0; you should easily be able to find parking on lexington avenue near the 86th st station. meter runs until 7pm iirc, so just pay for an hour or so and take the 4 a few stops up. subway fare both ways + an hour of street parking still leaves you way ahead in both time and money vs driving into the bronx before a game and using a pay lot.

hmm, well from others areas you may be right, should have asked where he's coming from. from my house in brooklyn i used to go brooklyn bridge > fdr > 87 and now i just get off the fdr at 62nd st, go up and park and take the train for like 3 stops avoiding all the traffic uptown near the bridges. like it alot better.
I'm coming in from Queens so my normal route is Triborough to Major Deegan...not that parking and taking the train is a bad idea...biggest issue is traffic (Grand Central/Deegan) and timing. The last couple of times I've gotten there fairly quickly, but Friday traffic is much different then Mon - Thur traffic so we'll see.
