Unreal..... Collins is such a bad September manager because his biggest weakness is the lefty/righty obsession and the expanded bench gives him > opportunity to be an idiot.

Tonight was horrific, worst lucky in the last 2 innings and horrific in game managing. Addison Reed coming out of a game where he is pitching fine for a AAA pitcher JUST because he is a lefty is such a joke. He isn't even a lefty specialist type pitcher and Freeman does not have polarized lefty/righty splits.

You lose a game you likely would have won and make Familia unavailable for tomorrow (and that would have happened even if the Mets had won) If Addison Reed can't stay in the game over a AAA lefty than what pitcher in baseball should ever be allowed to face one?

Kevin Plawecki might be the only person on the team other than Jay Bruce who would have struck out against those pitches. He couldn't find the plate and he swung at 3 balls after getting ahead 2-0, just a joke. I know Loney sucks ass but he has a professional enough batting eye to have walked against that train wreck.
