how does wright swing at the first pitch after lindstrom comes in and walks 2 straight batters? why dont we play smart baseball ever. i wish he bunted but jerry doesnt believe in that, we need a big inning down 1 in the ninth and wright has been so ****ing clutch the past few months of games

had a meeting so i missed bottom 9, but wtf?!? first, FU wright. Second, why are you pinch hitting for Castro?? Gee...lets not let the dead fastball hitter who's swung a nice bat today hit with the bases loaded...let's call a guy cold off the bench who thought he had the day off today.

now watching the replay on mlb tv. They made santos run in from the bullpen to come in and hit?!?! good lord, what a dumb move

The PH for Castro is doubly stupid because now you mentally lose a guy that unless you're planning to cut him, you are going to need this season, at least until Schneider came back.

But now you just have him pissed at the manager and probably not wanting to be part of the team.

I missed the game (thank God), but I'm starting to think that Jerry just doesn't like Castro, or wants him out.

But on the other hand, Castro hasn't exactly been lighting it up so far this year.

Man, this Wright-situation is starting to get ugly. Would it be so unreasonable to give me a breather?

Manuel told reporters he chose to pinch hit Santos for Castro, because Santos has a ‘shorter swing,’ and he believed he would be a better match up against Lindstrom’s 98–mph fastball.

Does that make sense? Castro had 2 hits today and Josh Johnson throws hard and Castro wasnt sitting in the bullpen and cold coming in against a hard thrower. It would be a shame if we cut our best catcher when scheider comes back from the dl.

As for jerry, the guy has had one or two questionable decisions every game now, he is legitimately costing this teams games.
