I know it's only one play, but doesn't it demonstrate an athleticism that makes you think he's got the tools to become adequate? Some guys look like they can't move around. Some have terribly weak arms. Some are just too stupid to believe. But when I see Murphy, I see a decent athlete with a serviceable arm, a great attitude and pretty smart. That is why I'm willing to give him a few months out there in left before I assume he can't improve to be adequate defensively.
