Hasn't been announced yet. Looks like they're taking as much time as they can to push plans and season tix. My guess (and that's all it is) is single-game tix will go on sale 1-2 weeks before the home opener.

Wow, I must be slipping because I just noticed this thread now only.

Just about purged last year from my head and am definitely looking forward to this campaign. Also can't wait to see the new citi field, should be fantastic.

Nice to see some good times for the wekeend games, I was worried there might be more evening games, which kind of sucked for a couple of years since I nearly froze to death in some April games recently. Hopefully the weather is good.

Jesus, I'm charged for some baseball.

Been watching this god awful spring training game without all the regulars(went to WBC). Freddy Garcia looked good when he wasn't throwing his fastball...but the fastball was drilled for 2 HRs. Gee had a really rough outing...a 7 run inning, ouch.

Metsblog reporting that santana threw to batters for around 40 pitches and felt fine. Should be fine for OD.

Yeah, recent news on Santana is looking all positive.

70 degrees, Mets on PIX, WBC great game....had me so psyched up for baseball today. Too bad it doesn't count for another month.

There is no chance i lead this thread in posts regardless of how the season progresses. I don't really post that much, my posts are just more memorable

lol, yes and we had steve phillips drooling on and on about how 'good' he looked. I mean, he was facing hitters that wouldn't have made my high school team.

im actually nervous about the offense, but im optimistic that the pitching will pull us through

we are still expecting a helluva lot from murphy church castillo and delgado

Yea. I don't expect much from Castillo, Murphy or Schneiders spots in the Lineup. It's sad that for 9 Million Omar could have gotten O-Dog and Abreu and made our lineup pretty damn sick with no real holes outside of Schneider.

But enough of that.

Is there any talk of bringing Pedro back with none of our Potential 5's standing out or just plain sucking?

Livan Hernandez, because at least he might hit a homerun or two

4high, there is talk and speculation, and pedro is open to coming back for guaranteed money only

no word on whether we are actually interested or not

im nervous about the pitching too, but having putz/krod makes me a lot less nervous

sure ollie can implode, maine can be hurt, etc etc. but i think our starters are still as good as anyone in the division

church hit like .200 with zero power after his concussion. Murphy is not a power hitter either, and if he meets expectations that means .300/15/80 and im not sure we will get that. Delgado carried us with a career second half, are we expecting him to repeat?? Schneider cannot hit

castillo should hit .270//280 with a .360+ OBP and should steal some bases and be fine i suppose. I think Tatis should play a lot cause at least he has power.

But really, outside of Reyes, Wright, and Beltran, we have a lot of question marks

Doesn't everyone have a lot of question marks once you get beyond their best 3 or 4 hitters? At least in our division?

offense is meh. rotation is suspect. bullpen is great. feels like an 82-85 win season going in.

I don't understand how an offense identical to the one that scored the 2nd most runs in the league last year is "meh"

66% of the lineup is going to be the pitchers spot, fernando tatis/ryan church, brian schneider, luis castillo and daniel murphy and an older carlos delgado thats why the offense is "meh"

Which it was last year. When they scored the 2nd most runs in the league. Is everyone going to be worse than last year? Will nobody be better?
