What kind of salary would Wagner dictate next season? If he can come cheap enough, wouldn't a 1 year deal make sense? The most he can get is from the Mets as the Mets are the only team with his medical history and knowledge of it, every other team is likely to be much more weary of him. Now, I'm not saying I want the Mets to overpay, but for a 1 year contract at a reasonable rate, I don't see why thats a really bad thing.

This is all assuming he comes back healthy.

I'm going to the game tonight, with a friend form Colorado. I choise today specifically because I will now only go to game swillingly if they are started by Santana, which given the last 5 games is lol.

...also anytime Gary uses the words "juxtaposed" or "unmolested" you should drink, its ridiculous how many times those words are used. I'd say 90% of the time i hear the word juxtaposed its Gary and 100% of the time i heat 'unmolested" it's Gary. Furthermore I didn't even know "rotunda" was a word until recently.

I don't know much about their prospects, but it seems this package was, imo, significantly different than the one the jays offered for halladay, which I remember reading consisted of their top pieces.

Does this mean the filthies got lee without giving up too much? Dunno.

If the Mets are sniffing around the WC they'll sell a lot of seats. It's still a brand new ballpark. I'm actually making my first trip to Citi this weekend (Friday + Saturday). Although we got these tickets back in May. Haha.
