And you’ve used “lol” as an argument twice, a classic sign that someone doesn’t really understand something. It’s difficult to take seriously. I’d be glad to listen when your vocabulary increases beyond lol and idiot and includes something of substance.
In the meantime...Go Mickey!!
Taking a pitcher out of the game Bc he ran for a few seconds is idiotic. Old school idiocy if you will. Steven Matz is a professional athlete in great shape. The idea that running the bases will negatively affect his pitching is absurd.
And yes, Lugo is the Mets best RP. But they needed to get NINE more outs. Even if Lugo went 6 (Not ideal) you still need to get three more. I’d have much more confidence in Matz on a night he’s dealing than a headcase like Diaz.
Callaway has no clue. The season is a marathon, not a sprint. They can’t bring Lugo into every game. When one of your starters has pitched 6 great innings, has retired 14 in a row and is at 79 pitches, you let him go out there for another inning. Callaway had this idea in the top of the inning when he let Matz hit and then changed his mind. Bc he’s a moron and a terrible manager.
