why would anyone kill melo for that shot? 3 is definitely the best shot and someone (rondo i think) was coming to double so if he waited longer it would have been tougher

I dunno have Douglas continue running around with his head cut off but toward the basket and get fouled instead of Melo taking a 26 foot 3 when he's been aids all game? he's the fastest guy on the court

The way they are constantly out coached at the end of games will always blow my mind. There is no way jeffries should have touched the ball that last possesion, a guy who touches the ball >5 times a game cant be expected to make the big shot/pass in that situation. How is it not communicated in the huddle that you have to foul IMMEDIATELY in the huddle after the timeout? And the thing that bothers me the most is how the hell is Shawne Williams sitting on the bench while bill walker is still in the game? Williams can guard Pierce and has always been a better option on offense especially tonight, its just unreal

So now it looks like earlier in the season we were purposely hyping up Fields to ship him in the future trade but Nuggets didn't bite, right? Not only he is non factor in play offs, he is not even on the floor when half of the team is down and the other guy is shooting 0 for 10.
Also, we all remember how Dantoni never took time outs down the stretch and we routinely were finishing games with 1-2 timeouts left. Wtf happened in playoffs? Second game in the row we need a timeout for a final play and there just aren't any left!!! Now he is using them??? I know that Rivers is a good coach and all but he is out coaching D'Antoni out of the ****ing building!!! Get that bum out of here. With Melo his system looks like garbage anyway! Now that we know that Knicks can play D, we need someone who will put that into a system while utilizing Melo\Amare skills on offense.

Sweep is about the only chance we had to get rid of D'antoni, so there is that.

Offseason thoughts:
-Depending on how the CBA shakes out, I don't expect to see Billups back.
-Jeffries and Shawne Williams may be re-signed for cheap.
-Our depth sucks, and we're probably gonna struggle to fill it via free agency. Not having any draft picks for the next 300 years doesn't help either.
