In order of preference, you'd want them to either lose in the first or second round, get crushed by the Magic in no more than 5, or win the championship, imo. Losing in the ECF in 7 is disastrous, losing in the Finals is disastrous.

I don't get sign and trades (atleast I'm not sure I do)

so the raptors instead of just losing bosh take Eddie curry so they have an expiring contract and bosh gets more money cus raptors bird rights????

There's no reason why the Raptors would do a sign and trade for Curry

They could just let Bosh's contract expire, that's much better than trading for an expiring contract

They wouldn't. Dunno why he said expiring, but rationally they should always at least take the trade exception that comes with a sign-and-trade. Of course if that is all they are offered they could call the bluff and tell Bosh to go **** himself and either get the Knicks to offer more or go ahead and sign for the "normal" max.

yes b/c colangelo is already on record as saying if he leaves it will be via sign and trade and an expiring contract has value. they aren't letting him go w/o getting anything back

How can we arbitrage the fact that Labron is obviously more likely to come to the Knicks despite it being 2.5:1 vs. 2.25:1 to the Bulls, and so the odds in at least one of those cases is clearly wrong? There must be dozens of dollars to be made...
