the starting 5 of duhon chandler gallo lee and jeffries looked really good tonight. good movement and i guess it helped to shoot like god.
but it's amazing to watch how when nate and harrington come into the game the whole flow just completely stops.
the knicks on offense turn from a team of moving the ball to just one of those idiots getting it and either chucking up a shot or iso-driving, and neither one of them is even close to competent on defense.
being at the game tonight was the first time i've really intently watched a full knicks game in a while and it was definitely encouraging to see how far chandler, gallo, and lee have progressed under d'antoni's system. But, regardless of the opinions of the idiots cheering for Nate at the game, I feel like the Knicks will be so much better off next year without him.
I guess this has probably been said before, but I just saw this thread
Even though NYK held the Bobcats to under 100 points tonight and that typically = success for NYK I feel they still have a ton of defense deficiencies. I think the Knicks ran really hot tonight in the Bobcats missing wide open jumpers from the perimeter. They are pretty bad at contesting shots imo.
