I recently provided Eddy Curry with a tapeworm so he could lose weight. However, he attempted to pay me back with shares of Krispy Kreme. I'm not legally allowed to own shares.

Hey Knicks:

Bwahahahahahahahahahaaaaaaaaahaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaha hahhahaha

How can you be so bad for so long and still have zero talent on the roster?

One year. He's unrestricted at the end of this year. I think it's like $7 million. If they could dump Curry by giving up Lee, I'd be all for it.

i would do anything to get rid of curry and/or jeffries. anytime that i think about the fact they are on the roster, i am quite saddened.

Which teams would even think about considering this, new Orleans ? (didn't actually look into this)

No one is taking Curry's contract without giving a bad contract back. Unless, of course, I kidnap some people and make some offers they can't refuse.

Curry is gone at the end of next season, correct? And the same for Jeffries? I think it sucks for you guys because you will have to wait one more year after this one before you start being very competitive. What's two more years of patience when you've been so bad for so long though?

Except, we're not guaranteed to be competitive. There's a very high chance that none of the big free agents in the next 2 years will want to come to a rebuilding team like ours. And since we don't have a 1st round pick next year, we might be stuck with what we have right now.

Well, if you only have room for one max free agent this year, it would be unlikely that you convince someone on that level to come. If ye can have the discipline to hold off for one more offseason though, and let most of the space you will have rollover one more year, then you will be able to buy a ton of talent in Summer 2011. The question is whether the fanbase will be able to live with that, and be happy with the idea that if you can't get a Max FA at the end of this season - you should hold off on doing much at all for the bigger payoff down the road.

i've watched every game so far and it's just awful there is not one starter on this roster outside of Al Harrington and MAYBE David Lee, but he is really a 6th man on most teams. Hopefully we can get a really high lottery pick.

Knicks fans thinking they won't compound the Curry/Jeffries mistake with more big contract mistakes.

And no one's taking Curry, not even the Clippers

Your first sentence is unclear. Is it a troll attempt?

They have an excellent GM now who has already shown his long-term planning ability and patience. You should get a clue before you spew the standard "lol Knicks" line of the last 7 years. It doesn't apply anymore. The people who made those decisions are gone.

I really hope the fans at the Garden tonight are really really receptive to Lebron, just to help any chance of getting him for next year.

So I've only caught handfuls of a few games this season, who wants to give me the depressing cliffnotes?
