woodson not coming out and saying "amare is my starter blahblah" prob means hes not just going to throw him out there automatically. im feeling strangely optimistic though, guess even im buying into this woodson regime. amare's most productive times as a knick were with ray and playing hard defense is contagious or so they say. melo at the 4's been pretty awesome so far, but can it really last the whole season? got exposed vs the griz and their 2 legit big men, could use amare for the big body if nothing else. fat sheed and fat camby playing alot of significant minutes cant really be a good thing as the season goes on.

i think amare is certainly useful for his offense and can help the team. maybe sometimes he'll deserve to be out there in the 4th and melo/amare/chandler will make sense. but i think a good percentage of the time, melo at the 4 and amare on the bench would be the better crunch time lineup. nba is a smaller, more athletic game these days

Felton/Amare PnR was real nice first half of 2010 season, if im woodson i work out the rotation so amare is playing as many of his minutes with felton as possible
