im not gonna get upset over it, but the new home unis kinda suck. obviously it's just minor alterations, but i dont like the fact they made the NEW YORK straight, it looks like one word and the blue waistband looks ridiculous... the blues are nice though.

Does it even matter? Dolan obviously listens to him.

It sucks man. The Knicks should be one of the great franchises of the NBA. And yet, only 2 championships. At least through 2001 though, the Knicks were generally competitive. But the last decade imo has taken the Knicks from "Meh, 2 championships is kinda weak but the Knicks are usually pretty good" to "The Knicks history sucks compared to a lot of other teams."

I guess after doing some quick research, it's pretty amazing that only 4 teams have 4 or more NBA championships, so the Knicks aren't in Clippers territory yet. But still. The Knicks suck and the worst part is, I don't have any faith in the front office and ownership that they can turn it around the right way. It's too bad because I feel basketball more than any other sport is the true sport of NYC with all the courts all over the place, and yet we can't win a title in 40 years. Even though with a properly managed roster, stars would 100% want to come here. Tilt

What's our realistic chance for next season? Top 4 seed?

mabby, 4~6 range id guess.

the key is prob whether or not felton can become an effective distributor and keep the shot chucking triumvirate of melo/JR/stat happy.

The key is whether or not Felton will weigh less than 750 pounds when the season starts

Knicks to sign Rasheed Wallace, 38 years old and out of the league for 2 seasons

still only the 4th oldest player on the team

Didn't watch the game but every report I've read has said Felton is in good shape.

They really need to bring back the mid/late 90's jerseys with the black stripe down the side

It's really interesting how awesome he is in the pre-season and regular season and how useless he was in the playoffs. If teams can gameplan him away during the playoffs, why is it so hard to do the same in the other games? Or are the heat just that good?

So how optimistic as fans should we get? Could we be fighting for a 4 seed?

Words are words, but 'Melo really seems like he's all about the team and defense and has bought into the system.
