There should have been like a million seconds still on the clock when the 1999 Houston shot against Miami went in, but the refs left it at 0.8. Those chickens are coming home to roost.
I'm still kind of down after the loss weds. I thought the Knicks had a really good shot at picking off Boston since they did match up well against them. Not nearly as confident about this game.
Yeah, **** happens. Get right back up on it though and beat the Cavs tomorrow. I watched this game with my whole family tonight, we easily have not all gotten together for a Knicks game since LJ's four point play game 3 against the Pacers in 99.
Felton was awful, had to be the injuries catching up. Amare sucked too despite his numbers. that 3rd quarter was impressive, they swarmed em, Knicks couldnt buy a bucket
Pretty much agree with everything above. The gap between us and an elite team was badly exposed tonight. We are heading in the right direction, but defintely not there yet.
Hopefully we can bounce back and win a game we should win tomorrow night.
why wouldn't d'antoni call a timeout in the third when the heat went on like an 11-0 run? our first bucket in a couple of minutes was the goaltending call it seemed like
The 3 losses aren't the bad part...obviously the first 2 are understandable and yesterday they were tired. What sucks is that you realize that with the Heat you're dealing with 6 years of the '96 Bulls, and that there's basically no hope of a championship no matter what pieces we get barring possibly Dwight.
Individual player salary cap...ugh. Somebody should be allowed to pay LeBron his $45 mil/year. Grossly distorting the economics.
