My dream scenario next year:

Sign LBJ to max
Sign Sergio to QO
Sign DLee to a long term contract @ ~$9mil/year
Sign a rim protector like Haywood to a short, ~$8mil/year contract
Trade Curry's expiring at the deadline for an upgrade somewhere

I think we want the Cavs to win. Although this is pure speculation on my part I think him winning a championship in Cleveland increases the likelihood he would be willing to leave.
