Might be a good time to give him a call.
No chance the bills release his rights

at this point I'd be very happy if Gronk is healthy enough come playoff time. I don't think it's going to happen.

offense can be gadgety enough for now to be pretty good. Edelman clearly a big loss made bigger by the other injuries. So, yeah, this is not going to be the romp through the season anyone thought. Just hoping they can ride out this storm for a while.

also I'm realizing how weird their schedule is. in a 5 week stretch they play the Dolphins and Bills 4 times.

toughest stretch is looking midseason when they go

Falcons
Chargers
@ Broncos
@ (sort of) Raiders

hopefully Malcolm Mitchell can be back for those 2 road games

meh. I'm sure they'd take a 5th rounder for those rights.

Bottom right corner at the beginning of the gif. You can see Manti Teo (i think?) jogging off the field. TB snapped before he was off.

Thanks again. Had to listen on the radio today while moving so it's great actually seeing the plays I'd been hearing about. TB on that last TD to Cooks, wow what a throw under pressure

They need to improve play-calling on 3rd and short. And pretty much the entire defense.

The Cooks 2-point conversion - I think - was the exact same play they ran for Edelman in the Super Bowl to go ahead of the Seahawks.

Hot take: Solder is massively overpaid and should only be a backup

The defense is such trash. I'm already over Gilmore.

I was missing him, too, until the team he's on now just got 57 put up on them by a rookie QB.

Only six teams in NFL history have given up more yards through the first four games than the Pats have done so far this year.

Foggy memory but didn't Revis initially struggle when they had him playing some zone defense and then they switched him to man?

Not panicking yet. In the 5 championship seasons, the Pats record after 4 games was:

1-3 (2001)
2-2 (2003)
4-0 (2004)
2-2 (2014)
3-1 (2016)

I'm not *panicking* either, but yikes.

It certainly does look like moving on from Logan Ryan to get Gilmore was...not smart.

FWIW Patriots front 7 is mediocre at best.
