LaFell broke it for a (meaningless) TD IIRC. But yeah, pretty awesome that Belichick trusts his players to make those adjustments.
If Baltimore had covered it properly live, Edelman probably would have just run it behind Gronk blocking.
Also, I love that they had both a play with Hoomanawanui lined up as an eligible tackle and a play with him as an ineligible slot man and called them 'Baltimore' and 'Raven' for maximum confusion.
