Wtf is this garbage? On vacation so I can't watch. They really have one first down in the second half? Defense still AIDSing it up?

If Miami's QB could throw and their receivers could catch, the Pats would be down 3+ touchdowns.

Yup that line play isn't close to competitive on either side. Take expectations down a notch or two after this one.

In before TradeOC idiocy

Ugh that wasnt pretty. Dont think the 3-4 was working. No idea if Devey has any redeeming qualities.

I think the team has quality players so should be able to fix/work on what went wrong

Really hope Stork is ready to play sooner rather than later. The less Devey and Wendell play the better.

Didn't watch the game. Did loss of Mankins really effect the OLine that much? Seeing Moreno own knew NE would have difficulty stopping the run.

NE will still win division.

Just major LOL.at Gambool 5-1 NE in AFCE...OUCH!

Not a hater even though I should give it to Gambool after all the crap he does when Jets lose. Tough loss but not end of the world

* And FYI Geno played fantastic. The INT to Woodson wasn't Geno fault was terrific play by Woodson and tough fumble inside the 5 by Geno...should won by 2 TDs. First Place hhaha JP

Someone in chat I'm talking to said Revis played bad? True?

Again, life could be worse, I could be a Jets fan living in a double wide in upstate New York. Things work out the way they should in this world.

Trust me that might be the only thing I agree with you...Buffalo is a sh*t hole...But let's be honest Boston ain't no Miami Beach either lol.

Things work out well in this world your right! Get some new material. No need to attempt to get personal. No need for that ITT. No matter who or what kind of football fan you are. Very immature. I'd be stunned if you're over 21 years of age.

Couldnt be much worse being a Jets fan in FIRST PLACE B**CH!!! HAHAHA. Make sure you pay you moronic homer bet of 5-1 or better in AFCE LMAO

I'm done, not that type of person like Gambool to rub it in and troll. Since I'm sure he'll get his jollys off when we lose to GB. Since he has a hardon for me.

You play draftkings? Let's go 1vs1 for bragging rights. Any amount up to like $50. I'm currently building my roll on there, just joined yesterday. So you down?

Anyways how did Revis do? And noticed Malcolm Butler changed his number to #21. Saw him give up few plays. Was he all hype like the usually NE training camp players? Or did he do well?

Don't get me wrong, I'm as discouraged as you all are. But the first half was decent, so is it at all possible that our guys just wilted in the oppressive heat and humidity. No way our bookend Offensive Tackles are as bad as they looked today. It had to at least contribute.

Not sure.

Even when they moved the ball in the first half it was all quick hitting stuff where Brady barely got the ball off on a lot of the plays. Seemed like once Miami realized they could get to Brady quickly rushing 4, they brought the secondary up and clogged all the underneath stuff.

Consider yourself lucky. Saved yourself looking like a fool. The only clown is you thinking that bet was valid haha.

1-0!

Anyways back to reality, I feel stupid after engaging a conversation with that ignoramous.

How did Easley play? Situational? Start?

If this is how the O-line is going to look all season, the Pats aren't winning the division. There are some teams in the AFC East with actual talent now. And the 3-4 just freaking blows. This is on everyone, players and coaches.

Brady simply can't be expected to overcome all of the deficiencies of this team anymore, he's lost a step and we can't live in denial any longer. This could be a painful year.

It won't though. The team will very likely be absolutely fine. Either way though, one game isn't going to tell us that much.

The O-line didn't magically improve over the course of the season last year, and it's unlikely to this year. And with Scar gone, you have an additional coaching/system concern. There are no "rocks" on this OL, Brady is going to be spending a lot of time on his back this season yet again, and at his age, that's a big problem. Just watch the Broncos tonight and see the difference in protecting an aging talent at QB. There's no overreaction to this problem, it's real.

And the use of the 3-4 with the current personnel is an awful, awful coaching decision. I would blame Patricia but BB definitely oversees the philosophy of the defensive moves. Philbin outcoached BB and rode circles around him in the second half. Wake had single-coverage a ton of the time. Just embarrassing all around.

So we can't protect Brady and we can't get to the QB. That's a recipe for a very average team.

The defense can be fixed if the coaches just woke up. The offense is a big problem unless young guys who don't play well magically start playing well. I could see BB riding this out for 5 or 6 games, and if they find themselves under .500 and at risk of missing the playoffs, pulling the trigger on a trade for a vet OL.
