And I don't see where we're going to improve next year. Losing our three best defenders with no replacements coming in.

That was ugly. Agreed, we got whipped up front on both sides of the ball.

Silly mistakes keep killing Nebraska teams, it is starting to get really old. Hopefully Kazcenski and Papuchis get something figured out for next year. What a sad way to go out.

Just wanted to say that @Neb is Michigan's biggest game of the year. We have no shot at winning the national title, so it's Big Ten championship or bust. I don't expect MSU to be that good this year (so I'm not worried about them, especially at home) and I expect Neb to improve. The winner of the Mich-Neb game is probably going to the Big Ten championship game. Loser gets locked out in Citrus/Capital One wasteland. So in short, the Neb game is now bigger than Alabama, ND, MSU or Ohio State. Sounds so dirty I know, but it's true.

**** appears to be really hitting the fan according to some "inside sources" regarding Tyler Moore apparently storming away from practice and quitting the program today. No idea what's going on but it seems pretty messy from what I've read.

Just watched BTN's Husker preview and it looks like T-Mart's throwing motion has improved. And I like Rex as much as anyone, but who's touting him as a Heisman candidate?

I agree regarding Martinez's throwing motion but also fully expect him to revert back to the old motion once he sees his first pass rush.

schedule sets up really well for us. That said, I still expect another disappointing 9-3 season. If things go our way, 11-1 is a possibility. If we really **** the bed, 7-5 isn't out of the question. Here's my guess at a depth chart:

WR: Enuwa
WR: Bell
WR: Marlowe with Turner getting a lot of snaps
TE: Reed or Cotton, I expect more 2 TE sets for sure this year with a healthy Reed splitting out into the slot quite a bit.
LT: Qvale
LG: Choi
C: Pensick
RG: Long
RT: Rodriguez (Sirles backing up both tackle spots)
QB: Martinez (be interesting to see if Armstrong can beat out Carnes for #2)
RB: Burkhead, Abdullah, expect Cross to play and for Heard to be used at times in the option game
FB: Marrow

DE: Meredith and Ankrah w/ Martin playing a lot, esp in passing situations
DT: Stein and Rome w/ Randle and I'll predict Valentine (true frosh) the top backups
LB: I'll guess the starters will be Whaley, Compton, and Fisher. Anderson will work his way in there as will Santos.
CB: Seisay and Green. Charles Jackson will play a lot and prob eventually start. Evans will be on the field quite a bit too, I imagine.
S: Stafford and Smith. Free Courtney Osborne!
K and P: We're set w/ Maher.

This is gonna be one heck of a season. I keep looking at our team and thinking, you know, we have a really good chance to be better than people expect. The potential is there. The execution...well in the last few years that's been a different story.

The 3-horse race for the Legends should be really entertaining. Trying to score some Michigan tickets...can't wait for that game.

There is no bigger game for you guys than that game. And the same goes for us. The winner of that game will win the Big Ten championship imo.

I just got chills watching them run on the field.

Holy hell.

Cody Green started for Tulsa today against Iowa State and stunk it up.

Really very impressed with our offense today. Could have been a bit tighter on the defensive side of the ball. All in all, pumped we have a QB who can throw a football.

What a phenomenal bust that was. Looks like things worked out OK on our end though
