Mistakes aside, our O-line and D-line have been getting destroyed almost every game. Thats going to have to improve in the future if we want to win this conference
i think our **** ST play was rather fluky, b/c we've been solid all year. What's embarrassing is our DE play and the fact that we continue to run out guys like Cassidy, Thorell, and Blatchford while Mitchell, SJB, Osborne, Cooper, and Harvey Jackson are on the bench. Bo's stubborness with running the defense that we ran with Suh in '09 with the personnel we currently have is ****ing killing us. His reputation for being a defensive genius is a ****ing joke.
Well, game day bump I guess. I am cautiously optimistic. We certainly could come out and lay a total egg again, or we could come out pissed off and win by 28. Leaning towards like a 17-point win, knock on wood. Lets just get to the Outback bowl and finish this weird season off.
MEb has confessed to being a volleyball follower so there has been at least brief vball discussion on here. Anyway, that loss was just ridiculously embarrassing. Lauren Cook wasn't even suspended so there is zero excuse.
Maybe just change this thread for all things Huskers.
I didn't even know they played last night and now they're done? Dammit.
Good idea. And same here - I hadn't realized they played until I saw my twitter blowing up. Didn't think there was much chance of a loss until we got to the quarters or semis
Nebraska walk-on football player Colin McDermott was cited on suspicion of leaving the scene of an accident and negligent driving after police say he lost control of a two-door Smart ForTwo minicar early Sunday morning.
According to an accident report, McDermott, 21, told police that he drove over a patch of ice and failed to navigate a curve around 2:10 a.m. Sunday on Rosa Parks Way, just west of downtown Lincoln. The vehicle may have flipped twice before coming to a complete stop about 60 feet north of the street, the report said.
