Yeah I'm pretty pleased all things considered. This class should end up ranked ~27th or so, which might be better than MSU and Wisconsin even with the change. Riley has been busting his ass.
Would really like the big OL kid to commit just to top the class off. Sounds like we took some fliers on some really high upside 2-star kids over the weekend. Risky, late-game stuff, which I'm not overly excited about, but to Riley's credit he kept the core of the class intact. If we can get ~21-22 kids and a 25th ranking, that'll be just fantastic.
Next year though I'll be expecting a top-15-20th ranked class, anything less will be failure.

Answer: No. Nebraska should basically be #1 in the nation in recruiting spending given that we have the highest "prestige to geographical-disadvantage" ratio in the country. That number needs to be 1.3 mil or so. We can certainly afford it, that's not even remotely a question.
