as people have said Case isn't a starter, but I think he is a good to very good backup. As he has shown he can come in and win games.
I think barring any huge disappointments, they will ride him rest of year. I don't see Teddy starting over him this season.

The 1st day they got Teddy back at practice they started giving him some 1st team reps. I think you'll see him active as a backup next week @WAS and potentially starting the following week at home.

This isn't baseball. You can start someone then go with someone else, and go back to original starter if you want. We start Teddy, he doesn't look good we throw in Case. Case starts sucking we go back to Teddy. Why not?

You got guys like Abert Breer and Schefter saying ya Teddy gonna be activated and he's ready after the bye. Then you got Spielman saying day at a time we're gonna see where we're at at the end of the activation window. Hard to tell exactly what's going on. If Bradford could play I'm sure they'd love to delay Teddy's return to the field as long as possible but Bradford doesn't seem to be making much progress.

In a perfect world you got Bradford playing and the promise of Teddy stepping in should something happen. And then Case is your 3rd string insurance that you feel pretty good about.

If you think Bradford is gonna be ready at the end of the season / playoffs maybe you feel a little better about playing Teddy now and knowing you have another quality starter potentially down the road should it not work.

If you think Bradford is done for the year it might make sense to be a little more cautious with Teddy now and see how far Keenum can take you in the short term.

All that makes sense, but Spielman never says anything substantial about anything until after it has happened, so I doubt anything he is saying about this subject matters right now.

Zimmer as well has been good about keeping everything under wraps until last second a la Belichick

Schedule is about to get tough but a win on Thanksgiving basically locks the division.

Eagles look likely to run away with the 1 seed but the 2 seed is very much in play since the saints schedule gets tough too. Getting that is a massive priority so we get a potential matchup against NO at home.

Defense has fortunately been super healthy and is a top 4 unit itl at worst. And as dominant as they've been at times such as yesterday, I would argue they are actually running a little under EV in terms of completely game changing plays (like that kupp fumble).

Diggs and Thielen are both legit top 10 WRs. And not having a great RB is probably tricking shurmer into calling more optimal plays than if we still had cook.

We are also the only team in the league that would still have a decent amount of super bowl equity if our current QB got hurt.
