So here's the latest on the coaching search(via multiple sources):

It is basically Zimmer's to lose. He has his 2nd interview tomorrow and the interview will consist of who his coaching staff will be. As long as he and Speilman are on the same page he will be offered a contract tomorrow. If things break down Bowles will be offered the job. It is as close to a lock that Zimmer will be the coach. Speilman and Zimmer hit it off very well and the biggest concern could be OC. Lineham has been linked to Zimmer since Hue Jackson was promoted in Cincy. Norv Turner, Rob Chudzinski and Mike Mularky are other possible OC.

I thought the OLine was pretty good this year. Really, the offense wasn't horrible, especially considering QB play. The Defense was the worst i can remember.

We have an excellent choice of OC's to choose from. Turner, Chud, Mularky, Lineham, etc.... Sounds like leading candidate for DC is Paul Guenther which is OUTSTANDING!
