Pleased with Sidney Rice's performance, also Percy Harvin. Reynaud looked good too.

Can we get Kluwe to kick the ****ing ball OB at every opportunity?

Biggest ****ing idiot ever to coach in the NFL imo. Only this jackass (or key injuries) can prevent the Vikes from winning the Super Bowl.

So much talent with such a lack of professional leadership.

The really sick thing is - there are so many great coaches available RIGHT NOW! I'm sure at least a few of them would love to coach our team.

Yeah, there's alot to be concerned about but 2-0 is 2-0. And both wins were on the road.

Chilly being Chilly: In his post-game press conference he said that MN was aggressive in it's play calling throughout the game, which the local Fox postgame show guys questioned and actually laughed at on air.

i was flipping back and forth with the twins game but from what i saw i thought the playcalling was okay. when you can move and control the ball with AD + short passes, why not? i'm not sure favre is a great downfield passer, but he was outstanding in his role today.

Willie,

Did you love David Carr in Houston? High completion percentage, low Y/A and lots of sacks. That is our passing game so far this year. I agree conservative play is all we've needed the last two weeks, but it really isn't something to get excited about. Especially against a Lions defense that Brees threw 6TDs on last week.

sam- the only reason i'm excited about it is that it's way better than the alternative.

they don't really have a downfield passing type team anyway. they have one of the best RBs of alltime, a couple samller, quick RAC-type WRs and a good pass catching TE. i don't know anything about david carr, but if he's a 40 yr old favre clone, he'd be a real good fit for the vikings, yeah.

This offensive line stinks. Way too many breakdowns imo. Its partially due to mediocre talent (except for LG) and bad coaching. I'm concerned about facing good defenses. Pittsburgh & Baltimore will be licking their chops after seeing film of our O-line vs Detroit & Cleveland.

EJ Henderson was in the wrong place all day long. He needs to get his head in the game when we face good teams.

That said, Favre looked excellent today. Harvin is a stud. AP is the best, but he needs to hang onto the damn ball.

Anyone hear anything on how bad/if Favre is really hurt from that hit he took on the last play he was in?
