Favre breaks his ankle, then the Williams wall gets suspended. I cant see us winning more than 7 or 8 in that scenario. That would give him a losing record over four seasons - after taking over a winning team.

Chilly will only have one year left on his contract, so that would be easier for Zygi to eat.

I would love to have Shanny coach the Vikes, or Cowher, or Dungy, or ...... anyone not named Childress. There are some great coaches available.

I can handle a lot of the NFL players and don't really get upset with any of them, but Jared Allen in my book is above all the guys who have off field issues but at the very bottom of the barrel for everyone else.

Shanny by a decent margin for me but I'd be very happy with either of them.

wat?! Allen is a great guy and one of the best, if not the best DE in football, plus his teammates love him.

and my wish list would be:
1. Cowher
2. Shanny
3. Dungy
4. Gruden

although who knows if Cowher or Dungy would ever coach again or not.

Not that it excuses his earlier stupidity, but supposedly he's been dry for >2 years now. Recognizing you have a problem and doing something about it is something, even if it took way too long. Also all that stuff last season about him being a dirty player was BS. Sad that he was fined. He has a loud personality but really seems like a good teammate.
