I thought it was 0.3 allowed, maybe it is 0.5. The trailing referee or the other one who didn't call the foul, probably looked at the clock right after the whistle was blow and they probably thought everything was as it should be, hence no replay.

hey anybody have a video of rubio cross over?... his ball handling skills is so elite its not even funny, he made the guy drop flat on his back & i cant find the vid anywhere..
