Man do I hate the Timberwolves "MSP" jerseys. Nobody in Minnesota says "MSP" unless they're searching for a flight. I would have greatly preferred "The Cities" or even "Twin Cities" if they wanted non-Minnesotans to get it. MSP?!?

Rosas was an important part of a very good organization, and everything that he has done has made sense to me so far. As far as the personnel situation goes, our rotation is a bunch of cheap players who are mostly better than replacement level players. He inherited a shitty salary cap situation and has made the best of it for this year while hopefully setting us up for future success. I dont see how he's rippable for anything he's done so far, but the jury is still out - If Covington and two 1st rounders are included in a trade for Russell, I wont be happy about that. Its way too early to say for sure he's a genius or an idiot. Lets see what happens before the trade deadline and during the next off season at least.

As for right now, I dont think many people expected us to be 8-7 at this point. And for changing the culture and getting the team to play like a modern NBA team, as well as putting together a very good coaching staff, I'd give Rosas an A so far.

As far as Culver goes, he looks weak and nervous, but he has shown some NBA skills. Give him some time. He's 20 years old and only 15 games into his 1st season. Its very possible that he can get a lot better.

Agree with cha. I didn’t expect a lot from this season. Watching Towns dish to cutting runners and Wiggins tearing it up has exceeded my expectations so far.

They’re ok. Simple is good imo...I think they’ll grow on me. Could be stuck with monstrosities like Dallas’. Hard to follow up last year’s.

That's a nice starting lineup imo. If Culver can start hitting 3s at a better %, we'd have 5 guys who can all defend well at multiple positions and also hit 3s. Culver is doing some good stuff - he's a good "do ****" kind of player. He needs to get better at shooting.

Ricky continues to absolutely kill it. Jeff Teague continues to absolutely kill the wolves.

Lavine looks pretty good too. Be nice to have a Rubio-Lavine-Kat lineup, with Wiggins 6th man. Wolves suck.

Ricky needs shooters around to be his best. Besides KAT this team has got none.

Was lurking in the NBA thread the other day and saw the stat that Ricky was on pace to be the first player ever to average 12ppg, eight assists and less than two turnovers in a season. I miss him.

I guess the knock on him while he was here was the same as always but with KAT, Levine, and Wiggins, the last thing to worry about was having a point guard who could score.
