Two great wins in a row vs GS and at WAS.

Towns was amazing in both games. His offensive skill set is unlike any other player. If he can get motivated to play great defense, he will be the MVP someday.

Wiggins played some nice defense last night. Its good to see him hustle.

Derrick Rose is ****ing terrible.

Maybe, maybe not, but either way, he for sure has a twisted sense of right and wrong. Terrible signing.

Towns and butler should be a monster team. Just need to get Wiggins to start seeing his role as “defensive stopper” who averages like 15 ppg

I think you're mostly right, but Wiggins can be a hell of a lot more than that. He can be a great offensive player if he ever learns what a good shot is and stops taking bad ones. A lot more attacking the rim and not settling for long 2s early in the shot clock would be great as far as I'm concerned.

I mean I agree with you but I feel like step 1 to getting better at offense is to...reverse the “leading scorer” mindset. Obviously I’m not andrew Wiggins and I don’t know what goes on in his head but I feel like he thinks his most important priority is to lead the team in scoring.

If he became a good defensive player who averaged 15 ppg he’d automatically get more efficient (better) on offense. And with his talent the sky is the limit once he chooses to become efficient

He needs to model his mindset after Jimmy Butler. Maybe still hope.

Derrick Rose looked pretty darn good and Target Center was ENERGIZED. We are alone in 8th place. Playoffs look pretty safe but we do still play Denver twice iirc.

If they don't win at least 5 of the next 6 games it would be a disappointment.

Clippers home
Knicks away
76ers away
Grizzlies home
Hawks home
Mavericks away

Teams combined record 161-255

Yeah I was shocked at how athletic and explosive he looked

yeah, Rose did look more athletic than I was expecting. He played good defense on Harden near the end of the game too. We need to play with the effort and energy we showed in the 2nd half for the whole game if we want to beat HOU.

****ing Golden State just gifted San Antonio a win by not playing 4 of there starters. Such a joke. I hope Houston just crushes them in the playoffs. But the Nuggets lost to the heat so thats good.

Nice find. I always contended by my eye test that he played at an MVP level for about 8 seasons. This seems to confirm that. Its a shame we couldnt surround him with better players.

KG basically gave you all star level offense plus 1st team all-defense defense while leading the league in rebounding 5x.

I'm happy to see his passing get such a shine.

I was talking about this with a friend and wanted to see what your thoughts are:

Do you think that the wolves could give away Wiggins right now getting out from underneath his max contract without giving up any assets?

I said no team would take him without giving up draft pickups.

Thoughts?

Wolves would get assets back for Wiggins, even though he's a scary contract.

Wiggs played his ass off tonight yo! He's been stepping up.

He is so talented that some other teams would take a chance on him by trading assets to us, but I dont know how much longer that will last and I dont know how much value he has. We cant make any trades right now anyways. We have to wait until the off-season.
