I half-watched it at the bowling alley last night. Until the game was almost over, it looked like we were giving very little effort. The team looked tired. If that was the case early in the game, why were they able to turn up the effort at the end? This is what I was afraid of - they sometimes get the idea they're so good that they can coast, or just not play with 100% effort all the time. They showed that **** a lot during the preseason. That **** will lose us a lot more games if it continues.

^^^ the bench put in the effort bro, which is why adelman should of benched the starters way earlier.

They probably were tired. road b2b and the starters all played like 40 min the previous night.

Should hopefully be a great game vs GSW tonight

lot of people changing their tune on Brewer itt

I agree, I think DW2 has found a nice role as a bench option that can create offense.

+2, you look at that 2nd unit there isn't much for scoring options.

obviously his status as former #2 pick clouds everyone's perception of him but DW2 seems like a fine player in such a role. i also get the feeling that he's getting better, which i could never say for beasley (who would have one decent game and then immediately regress back to his old ways)

big issue for this team this season will be depth. starting 5 can basically hang with anyone, but last game really exposed how quickly this team turns to crap once fatigue/injury becomes a factor. hopefully budinger's return will help in that regard. this is where a non-shabazz draft pick wouldve been awesome, too.

overall though team looks pretty good and there a lot to be excited about. CANZ and mavs are probably two teams to be rooting against. west basically has the top 6 locked up already imo. we should get in.

The Pelicans have looked like complete trash so far and Monty Williams is a huge anchor now that they're actually trying to win. His rotations were terrible last year and there really isn't any sign of them improving. Who knows what they're going to get out of RAnderson this year with everything going on with him and Tyreke Evans may have been the worst signing of the offseason. I got the Blazers >> the Pelicans, but yeah, definitely rooting against all of those teams.

Agree with Sam again.

Looking forward to tonight's game. Curry scares me as he could make 8 3s any given night

Should be a fun game tonight. O/U set at 210.5. Seems like the Over is a safe bet.

Man our 2nd unit is just painful to watch.

Frustrating to see Brewer miss 4 (I think) layups already...although some have been semi-difficult layups...but still.

How many layups is Brewer going to miss tonight?

Yea I don't get leaving the entire 2nd unit in for that long without any of the starters. Why not do the rotation thing he did in previous games.

Also, how come Love NEVER gets a call? He is even an established NBA star.

Wolves could easily be down 40+ right now if GS hadn't missed so many wide open shots.

Probably because he started out as such a whiny bitch. Once you get that rep it's hard to shake.
