heater my opinion doesn't blow in the wind or whatever you say. i want richrod fired, but i don't think it will happen. therefor i am able to get on board with bringing him back if he takes on a roll basically as OC and stays the **** away from defense. it really isn't hard to understand.

It certainly can't hurt. I'm just glad to get Crawford. He's a great athlete who could help at CB right away. He has a nice offer list too (including Iowa, LSU, Miami, UNC, Tennessee).

no Florida offer afaik but he's a good one, no doubt... Tom Beaver said some people in Florida consider him the best player in the state (sounds like the talk surrounding Denard tbh)

It's says Florida on the mgoblog recruiting board, but I have no idea if that's 100% accurate (in fact, I know it isn't). Solid offer list and pickup regardless obviously.

So that means we got two 3.5 stars and one 4 star players at CB so far this year. No one at safety yet, but we're obviously close to a bunch of guys.

I don't know about Greg Brown. When his verbal was changed to soft, some people were saying they suspected we might be slowplaying him. After watching that last Friday Night Lights video, I can see why. He did not look good at all.

Yeah, at least it isn't late in the process. Maybe he's regressed or something. I just watched that video again and he looks flat out awful. I don't see much effort there, either.

I don't think Greg Brown is being slow played.. I think that stuff was debunked. I have no idea why Scout lists him as a soft verbal, but I know that the national guys control that. I'm pretty sure RR has spoken out against the idea of coaches taking scholarships from guys they have offered.
