I'm not saying that they can't have a positive influence, but they are normally a sign of something bad happening. Hopefully we hear about how this brought them together.

There's obviously a lot of bad happening right now. They're in a downward spiral on the field that looks just like last year's. Luckily, this is a pretty tight group with good leadership that loves Rich Rodriguez. Last year's team just sulked after the Iowa game and showed no effort in trying to re-group. A team meeting on its own is a sign that they're maturing and recognize the need to not just give up.

I disagree that players-only meetings are a sign of something bad in general, anyway. They happen for all sorts of reasons. It makes sense that the upperclassmen would call a meeting based on what's transpired on the field recently.

Someone should make an all Michigan team of current NFL players.

Braylon/Manningham outside with Breaston in the slot. Brady/Hart obv.

Long/Backus/Hutchinson on the OL

gonna stop there as i don't feel like looking up players to fill out the defense, ldo Chucky Woodson is gonna be the centerpiece.

I think current Mich vs Miami players would be an awesome matchup.
