I'd fire RichRod if we had either Harbaugh/Gruden in line. I prolly wouldn't fire him blindly.

Harbaugh would 100% come here though, so it's irrelevant.

I have no idea. I would hope that he would try.

Will all of the, "he should have changed his system to fit his players" people be screaming bloody murder if he doesn't? Because if he doesn't, our offense will not be as good in 2011 and our defense and special teams will need to be that much better to make up for the lack of production.

idk about that. There has always been talk about him wanting a NFL gig and there are going to be plenty of those next year.

Denard def. ain't your QB if Gruden comes here.

All I know is Harbaugh better have some connections on the defensive side of the ball.

Stanford's total defense rank

2007: 98
2008: 76
2009: 90
2010: 40

section 40 row 7...wifey is STILL not happy (i will say she's pumped to go, and it will definitely make her a 'better' fan to go) about not having a hoodie/hat or whatever to go.

she usually dresses to the 9, but feels like she HAS to have warm UM gear.

sad thing is, i agree with her, and it'll cost me more tonight.

What stat are you using for that? Total points and total yards is going to be biased against Pac-10 teams for higher paced offenses.

Although using my YPP ranking, Stanford fairs even worse:

2007: 101
2008: 84
2009: 96
2010: 57

Just good ol' yards/game. I have more faith in your YPP though.

His model has WV's offense ranked:

2007: 2
2006: 2
2005: 27
2004: 28
2003: 28
2002: 31

I think you have to give RR another year just to see. If the defense becomes at least average, UM will go 8-4+ with a decent bowl. Another year and an even more improved defense, they will compete for the Big10.

Either way Alabama is going to be a tough game in 2012. It's hard to compete against a team that signs 30 players/year.

she got those...she's still whining about not having UM gear to wear to the game. i assume it'll be 40ish there too, and the shirts she has she ain't wearin' in that.

**** it, got the tickets already. it's on her what the **** she wears.

If our defense was average for FBS, this team would be 8-4+ this year without a doubt.
