Yep, and when you factor in the unfortunate fact that Harbaugh doesn't get the kindve institutional support as Day, Smart or Saban, this may be one of the greatest coaching accomplishments in sports history.
If it wasn't for a crooked ref Michigan would be 26-0 in the regular season these last two seasons. And the awesome thing is, we are projected to have another great season next year. 11-2 is basically the floor and Ohio State should be an underdog in Ann Arbor. Michigan has a great chance to be outright big ten champions 3 years in a row
for the first time ever.
And of course this year is our best chance to win a national championship since 1997. I never put too much stock into our chances in 2006 cuz I just never believed we could beat that Troy Smith Ohio State team at their place and plus I always felt Ohio State had the huge coaching advantage with Tressel vs Carr. But man we really have a chance this year. There are no super teams this year. Georgia is not as good as that Ohio State 2006 team. There is no Goliath out there......maybe we are Goliath this time.
