It would appear that there is a massive market inefficiency, at least this betting site is unaware of how the immediate eligibility of Justin Fields makes tOSU unbeatable, and that FREE CURRENCY is available*. If I thought that betting on sports was a good idea I'd hammer tOSU +6.5 all day long and twice on Sunday.
(* they probably have a pretty low limit this far out but I don't care to look it up)
It's always low limit this time of year, at least it always has been. I'm too lazy to confirm if that is still true. I remember back in January 2012 the Michigan-Bama line came out. It was Bama -9. Me and one of my buddy's were talking about how Bama -9 was the LOCK OF THE CENTURY. I mentioned the idea of putting $10k on Bama but then found out the betting limit was like "x to win $100". So yeah, that's when I first learned how these super early bets work. IIRC the line closed at Bama -14 and I stayed away from it.
Eithery way, I don't really care what any line says. We haven't beaten a legit Ohio State team since 2003. And now this team has a QB that is probably more talented than Troy Smith. It honestly just isn't fair but then again we should all be numb to it at this point. It is what it is. We are who we are. Yadda yadda yadda.
God 2003 is such a long time ago. We were all probably completely different people back then. I still had hope and ambition back in those days. Ahhh youth.
And like I said before, no matter what, 2019 is gonna be a fun year. We'll probably finish out at 10-3, but this will be Harbaugh's best 10-3 team yet. That's pretty cool. And FINALLY. ****ING FINALLY. Michigan State is now an autowin for us. We should beat them by 3 TDs minimum. That's pretty sweet that one rivalry is finally boring in a good way.
So MSU is an autowin and Ohio State is an autoloss. The whole season is gonna hinge on our two coinflip games. Penn State and ND. We probably split those games, lose to OSU and then lose our bowl game. Ofc the MgoBlogers will probably be sad and depressed yet again cuz we are still not crushing it like Bama every year, but I'll be content no matter what cuz we're not going 3-9, 5-7, 7-6 anymore. That's enough for me. That part of me that wanted more than 10-3 died on that Ohio State field four months ago. Forever.
