Yea I know you watch those things more closely than majority of us. I thought they rotated him inside more.

curious to hear from the board.
Disappointed. If he was a 4* player he would have lived up to the hype but as the first #1 recruit ranked across all sights he left a lot be desired. I was expecting a Mo Hurst type of year at some point.

People say his NFL position is DT.

His expected lifetime earnings are like $10 million. Take off half for taxes and agent and he’s got $5 million to live 60 years on. And if he’s doing something like this he’s a lock to waste money endlessly. It’s very, very stupid. And his mom should be ashamed for taking it.

Yeah, he should get a used Honda accord.

I'm not saying this makes it any less stupid, but his first contract is probably going to be close to double that.

Glad Lotus of Siam got the people going itt. LOL ILP.

Had an ELITE Saturday in Vegas my wife of all people. Edibles in a cabana at ceasers, went to the double down for some drinks, lotus for dinner followed by hitting midnight on craps twice in a row my first 2 rolls.

Being faded off edibles at the craps table sounds like a uniquely horrific experience, my god man

Funny thing is it's our last night, I'm up 4 figures and I'm like nahhhh hun, I'm done gambling.. Well she had a 3 hour tattoo appointment so I'm like well **** it, I'll lose a couple hundo. $20 on midnight on the one time, hit it. Another $20 hit it and then it was all fun from there the rest of the night

You dog. Rest of the day sounds pretty nice too.

Been a while since I hit the strip tbh. I have family in Henderson so I spend most of my Vegas time out there. I’ll play 1/2 at GVR and honestly it’s a lot more low key and full of regs than the strip casinos so it’s just a better overall experience without the bachelors and 50 year olds seven White Russians deep. Their book sucks so I’ll still go to the Mirage or Wynn to bet sports but I don’t think I’ve played any poker on the strip since summer of 2017. Still try to hit Lotus when I can though and the Wolfgang Puck steakhouse in the Palazzo is awesome.

Sad we'll never get to beat Urban but this is our best chance to be dominant in the B1G now that he's gone.

We are here to beat OSU, not urban

2nd best day in Michigan football in a decade.

Day will probably be good. But good for Ryan Day is still a massive downgrade from Meyer, because who realistically wouldn’t be?

There’s a nonzero chance this all goes sideways. For every Linc Riley there’s a Mark Helfrich or Randy Shannon.

Does Day have any head coaching experience at all?

Will be very interested to see what changes he makes with the assistants.

Agree that Day will probably be good but odds are favorable that he won’t be as good as GOAT #1B.

First name that comes to mind of Michigan rival assistant coaches taking over for a wildly successful head coach

Urban might be the best coach in B1G history, thank god.

From what I’ve read there won’t be many changes at all. They’re keeping the engine room intact and just putting a new coat of paint on the outside. This is still very much Meyer’s program, just not headed by Meyer himself.

Yeah, that’s what they said at Minnesota when Jerry Kill had to step down. Next thing you know the head coach in waiting cans the other coordinator and things went sideways.

Coaches have egos, no way is Day going to just do it Urb’s way.

Yeah but I feel like that's always easier to sell going forward right now and it doesn't always pan out that way.

New guy might not be able to command the other coaches, he might not be able to recruit at the same level. There's a reason that what Meyer could do was special and it's hard to replicate.

Depressing thought. Now that we're a mortal lock to win the B1G next year this off-season is gonna seem like 3 years. God I hate this time of year so much.
