You just need to be more realistic with your expectations. The 1930s and 40s were a long, long time ago. Michigan is second tier program. Harbaugh is the best thing to happen to Michigan football since Charles Woodson.

I'm far too lazy to look up numbers or do actual math but that seems like a reasonable estimate.

99% to beat Rutgers
90+ to beat Indy
50% to beat tOSU at the Shoe. I assume that if current form holds Michigan will be a small favorite, but it's still a road game against a rival. I won't be optimistic until the game is over.
65% to win B1G championship game

I know there is some non-zero chance of winning out and still not making the playoff but I'm definitely not going to worry about that. Win out and in.

Now that Penn State has 3 losses, I’m not sure that qualifies as a BIG WIN for Jim Harbaugh.

Also now that Wisconsin and Sparty are back to being unranked, I’ve got those as no longer BIG WINS, so the Harbaugh BIG WIN counter is still at zero, therefore I’m pretty sure he’s still on the hot seat.
