Nice to see Darius Morris playing with confidence late in the game. Despite not getting a lot of first half minutes, he had one of his best games.
Yeah... this offense works. We just need to knock down shots. That's been the issue all year. We saw today what Michigan can do if they play a solid game. If they bring the patience they showed and don't play dumb, this team can win road games at lesser schools in the B10. The home games will take care of themselves. 11-7 in conference is still a possibility. Do that, beat UConn, and we're on the bubble if not on the good side of the bubble.
The 1-3-1 had been leaking like a sieve all year long. From the quotes I've read, they had been working on man all week long. Bill Self teams usually aren't at their best against aggressive man defenses, but against teams that don't put too much pressure on the ball or 2-3 zones, they're really good.
