Zero chance, imo. The good non-conference record gives us a realistic NIT chance, which is more than I thought when the season started. After the Bryant game, the schedule is:

We are probably looking at 2-7 in that stretch. 3-6 would be about as good as we can realistically hope.

Unless we start shooting a very good 3-point% things are going to get a little ugly in the next month. I'm just hopeful that we keep improving and lay the groundwork for an NCAA run next season when we add the backcourt fire power of Burke and Brundridge.

Morris is so ****ing sweat. What are the odds he leaves after this year if he tears it up in big10 play? i have to think the odds are less than 5% hes gone after this year but who knows he got sooooo much better over the past year.

one thing that i don't see him ever developing at michigan that he MUST develop once he gets to the NBA is a post game. He is gonna have a decent size adv over most ball handlers.

Purdue is rated 11 on kenpom. I think his preseason rank was a little too high, because they haven't done anything too impressive to warrant being that high. In the games I've seen, they've struggled to pull away from iffy opponents. They do have two solid wins over VT and Alabama, but a curious loss to Richmond.

They're pretty decent across the board, their strengths being the turnover battle and fg defense. The only discernable weakness seems to be getting to the FT line and FT shooting.

We match up pretty well against them, the only problem being their excellent 3pt defense against the Beilein offense. But in games where Manny wasn't suspended/ejected, the offense seemed to run pretty well.

I like us in a small upset, 58-56.

If we go 2-3 in the next 5 games that's a huge win relative to expectations. Excluding the PSU game, win any of the next 4 and I'd be ecstatic.
