Let me rephrase. If we want to make the tournament, we should be good enough to beat garbage teams like Minny, at home, by a decent amount.

We're gonna have to make the tournament by smoke, mirrors, and miracles. Any meaningful improvement is gonna be either the 1-3-1 being a godsend or Chatman/Doyle/Dawkins/MAAR improving a ton over the summer because Irvin assuredly doesn't get it.

I'm still on the 'we're a tournament team' wagon, and could probably beat 60 of the other 67 teams if the 3's rain down that night.

maybe we're a play-in team, maybe an over-seeded 10 seed. those losses are gonna be a gigantic "leave them out" siren, but when it's all said and done, we're gonna have a solid win or two too, and hopefully they can win a couple in the b1g tourney and the committee let's eastern and NJIT (wtf??!? haha that's still funny to type) stay in november and sees a .500 b1g team and let's us play kentucky in the second round.

I like your enthusiasm! I can think of maybe 3-4 games in the past 4 year run where I was legit pissed about losing - games we were favored going into.

Doyle is so ****ing slow. He really needs a Jordan Morgan body transformation or he's always going to be a liability against reasonably quick opponents
