I have answered these questions a couple different times previously but fair questions so I'll give an abbreviated answer.

First, Joe touched an immeasurable amount of lives in an unbelievably positive way. You would have to be in total denial to not understand that given his career and the tributes to him after his death. With that said, I believe he made a grave mistake in not doing more after the discussion he had with McQueary back in 2002. Huge mistake. Can't put into words how negligent it was not to have done more. How to balance the two? I'm not sure how to do that. To ignore either side of the coin, so to speak, is to be short sighted and ignorant.

I don't know who is to blame in terms of an exhaustive list. No one really does at this point and probably never will. It begins with McQueary and works its way up the chain to anyone who had any significant information in terms of what was going on.
