lorenzo cain is just so amazing out there

i bought mlb.tv and try to watch other teams from time to time but i have to think he is one of the more underrated outfielders there is defensively. '13 and '14 have been incredible. i expect him to make pretty much every single play

Complete csb incoming but I just went to bed at like 930 and just woke up ten minutes ago to a very minor nightmare involving us being .5 games back and being up 9 2 in the ninth and blowing the lead loool. I was so goddamn mad in my dream just like screaming ****kkk into my hand lol. Glad to wake up to something better

idk whats up with J GUTS but 9 strikeouts last outing and 6 through 4 so far including 2 v the unstrikeoutable victor martinez

and gordon just saves a run with another amazing catch. this defense is a sight to behold

edit- make that 8 through 5 now. i have no idea how this is happening

guthrie was pitching a gem but he gives up more home runs than like anyone

i don't mind starting him out in the 7th but once he gives up the first home run then put herrera in to try to finish out the inning ffs

i thought for sure that was a hr then i thought gordon was going to make the play since i pretty much am shocked anytime a ball actually lands in our outfield

-would have rather seen davis then herrera with only 1 out to get in 7th. herrera scares the **** out of me with his erratic stuff

anyway crisis averted for now. lets hold on boys

i was sure they were sending in davis but i guess he wasn't warming up enough. i think we can give him almost 2 innings on occasion and it's OK. we just don't want to get back in the biz of giving davis starts. he's lights out when he only has 3 outs to focus on, when he has 6+ innings to worry about he just can't get it done. he looks like a different guy entirely when he is out there in the 8th inning compared to last year.
