Rodgers trying to be a hero? Fail.
Not challenging the Jennings TD catch? Fail.
Red Zone turnover? Fail.
3 plays to pick up 2 yards against the Lions D. Fail.

What else am I missing?

McCarthy has to be let go if we miss the playoffs. This is now two games he cost us by not throwing the challenge flag. And his playcalling all game was horrible. He finally goes to the short passing game with Flynn but insisted on calling long developing running plays with Rodgers in the game. The NFL probably won't allow Rodgers to play next week so we'll have to win a tiebreaker against someone and get in at 10-6.

Quarless able to hold onto a ball? Fail.
O-Line pass blocking? Fail.

McCarthy? Fail.
McCarthy? Fail. Fail. Fail.

Jennings dropped pass which led to an INT.

Forgot about the Jennings first drop. Regardless, good chance that was a drop but you still have to challenge that. Both replays they showed on TV at first looked close.

Agree McCarthy needs to be fired if they miss the playoffs, but don't see it happening unfortunately.

Bears running in God mode and Giants got a huge break getting a neutral site game.

Season isn't over kids. And lol at the fire McCarthy talk. With all the Packers have lost this year it's amazing they still have a chance to get in the playoffs.

oh yeah, all you Starks guys. What now?

He got 6 carries and continued to look better than Jackson.

6 carries for 8 yds. compared to 7 for 19.

I am not saying Jackson is the man, but after one game Starks was anointed. LOL!

He was anointed as better than Jackson. Which he is.

Starks may be better, but he hasn't proven himself yet.

I've never been a big McCarthy fan, but the Pack have been all 13 games this year, not many teams can make that claim. And his playcalling/decision making/challenging situations have been very, very poor this year. Not saying a Belicheck or someone would be 13-0 with this team because no one executed that well today, esp on offense, but McCarthy has made some huge errors this year and there is no reason this team shouldn't win the division even with all of the injuries.

I don't think AP would have gotten any yards the way the O-line played today. Granted, when McCarthy is being an idiot and is calling draw plays and sweeps all game, it doesn't help.

Even still, you have to challenge, even if there's only a 20% chance that it'll be overturned. 1st half timeouts aren't worth much so why not take a chance? I mean Jennings was practically begging him to throw the flag.

P.S. this didn't end our season, did you see how badly the Bears got destroyed??? Assuming they lose to the Pats, winning their final two should get them in. Also it's possible that the Bears do not win another game this season.

I didn't actually hate the final two plays, if only because our O-line was playing so bad vs. their line that I did not think we'd just be able to pound out a yard in two plays. I didn't really like it because you have your backup in there, but whatever. Flynn actually looked okay. If Rodgers was out for the season for some reason I actually think he may develop into a pretty decent QB. Still, I don't know why you go for the homerun play with a guy who's thrown like 3 passes all season.

This was embarrassing but it didn't end our season. The key game next week is Chicago at Minnesota. If Chicago loses it swings the tiebreaker back in our favor even if we lose to NE. If Chicago wins it then we have to win out and have Chicago lose to the Jets in order to win the division.

For the WC we can potentially hold the tiebreaker against Philly and NYG. Giants could lose one of their next two games and then we could beat them and take the last playoff spot with a win vs. Chicago the last week. This is assuming we lose to NE and Tampa loses one more.

The thing about that last play, as much as I hate it, if it was a good pass, it gets completed.

Assuming the Favre does start, it would be sweet to get to root for the guy one last time.

If it was Rodgers that was still in the game, I think I wouldn't have hated the decision, as much. However, with over a minute to play and two timeouts, you don't rely on a back-up quarterback, who is seeing his first significant time
in an NFL game, to make make that throw.

I agree. I hated the play call but was just saying that if it actually was a good pass, it was a completion!!!

Dunno, I though Jennings had an easy 6 earlier on one that was a good pass.

Surprised me when on 3rd and 1, he doesn't atleast TRY to run the ball there... Dont mind the 4th and 1, but aggrivating game all around imo.

Minny 1 time beating CHI?

Hopefully he can play this week as it looks like their only other option is Webb. The game will probably be played at U of M.

I think we root for Philly over the Giants this week since it would hand the Giants their 5th loss and we could beat them the next week in Lambeau to give them 6. We'd then be tied with the Giants even if we lost this week. We already have the tiebreaker with Philly but would then have to count on the Vikings or Cowboys to give them the 6th loss so it's probably better for us if Philly beats the Giants. Detroit giving Tampa their 6th loss would also be huge for us.

Have a funny feelings Lions end their road losing streak this week. I mean, we got the division steak out of the way so let's get the road one done with.

Tailgated with Packer fans on Sunday. Their dedication to hating the Bears is fantastic.
