The starters look absolutely amazing. Is it too early to start talking superbowl?

That's how all the teams do it in preseason. The final game is to give borderline players a final look and to showcase players you may want to trade.

The Packers did look fantastic this preseason, but do keep in mind that the Bills didn't have T.O. and the Cards were missing both Boldin and Breaston. That said, the D still played really well and the offense could be scary good.

Martin has not been picked up yet afaik...def was the biggest surprise in cuts imo. Sucks for him that the WR core is quite possibly the deepest in the league and he's not really a big special teams guy

Regardless, T-120 hours.

If one of the QB's gets hurt, they'll just active Brohm from the practice squad.

That said, I wouldn't mind picking up Jeff Garcia, but a) I don't think he'd like being a backup, and b) I have a feeling management doesn't want to demote Flynn after he earned the backup job.

Green Bay does not need backup QBs. Just one iron man to the next.

I thought that immediately after I heard he was released by Oakland. I think he would be a great back up, but I don't think TT wants to bring in a veteran QB.

What a great comeback win for Rodgers. Almost got screwed by the terrible illegal contact call on Harris so it was a fitting end.

Rodgers is going to get hurt if Barbre doesn't improve. What a pathetic performance @ RT tonight.

Defense looked incredble in the first half, remained solid in the 2nd. Dunno how much of that was LOLCUTLER.

really really impressed with the D. I know Cutler aided that but the 1st and goal from the 5 stand really saved the game imo. Jolly's play was pretty underrated.

So lucky to win that game, +4 turnover margin and Rodgers has to throw a 50 yard bomb with 1:00 left to win it. Glad to see they thought it was still a preseason game.

Regardless, 1-0. Bring on who dey

FYP I know you might think that the Jennings play was the play of the game, but without that Jolly play (sick IMO) the game is way different. Thanks Cutler and your WR's (couple of those picks were his WR's fault) for keeping us alive and kicking in that game.

Good news is that our O will not struggle most games like that. It was supposed to be a shoot out and was a pretty defensive game. That being said we won a defensive ball game, that tells alot about the difference in our team from just 1 year ago.

I am so glad the season has started as the buzz around here (I live walking distance from lambeau) was awesome. Wish it was never offseason.

On the Rams, Martin could probably be a legit 2.

Offensive Line is a joke. Clifton hurt, not sure how badly, but I he didn't come back today. Rodgers getting crushed 10 times a game isn't a good sign for the season.

Defense till having some growing pains, but it's making some definite strides towards being a positive for the team.

-Offense looks abysmal. One good drive in the 1st quarter. Credit to the Cincy D, but that was just pathetic. lol dropped passes

-Completely manhandled on all phases of the ball. I'd like to say the Bears game should have been a wake up call for this team, but they looked equally pathetic this week. Should very easily be 0-2.

-Runnning game is just lolbad. Benson dominated the defense, Grant could not do anything.

-No reason this team should be anything worse than 6-1 heading into the Nov. 1 game hosting Minnesota and #4. End of the season is going to be brutal for this team and losing this game is not going to help.

-lol Odom getting 5 sacks.

-I love how TT prides himself on having the "youngest team in the league" for the 4th straight year. However, with the youngest team comes the most inexperience, and the dumbest penalties/mistakes in crucial moments. see: the last 2 years.
