Refs haven't helped either. Jordy had his hand under that one but because Mike Carey's idiot crew called it incomplete he probably won't change it. Has to protect his crew from being embarrassed twice on horrible calls that went against the Pack.

Nelson no-catch looked like the correct call to me tbh

And McCarthy could stop throwing on 3rd and 1 when he has a 3rd string QB and a top 3 rushing attack. Crosby and the secondary are still atrocious, Rodgers masked the team's holes.
Pretty much this. Almost our entire starting 22 players (off/def) have been injured and missed significant time at some point. One week ago we were set up so nicely... sigh. If Rodgers isn't back by thanksgiving it's over.

Lets all take a deep breath. This year is probably over but that's how this game goes sometimes. As long as Rodgers is here, we ll have Super Bowl equity for the foreseeable future. Not many other teams can say that.

And the game has passed Dom Capers by. He should have been fired last season after he was totally unprepared for Kapernick. Cut Tramon Williams. Fire Capers and get someone in there that can coach the secondary. How do you only have 3 INTs through 9 games? And today there was more of those clowns in the secondary running into each other and letting balls go right through their hands. Fire Capers.

Yes, but we're talking about this year. Capers needs to go or get players who actually know how to locate a ball and can tackle vs always going for the kill shot.

Rodgers is so good he's literally the only reason the Packers have Super Bowl equity and it's usually a large percent.

Well Tramon Williams has been pretty much a bust since 2010-2011 playoff run. Packers have more talent on defense than what they're showing. So yeah I'm ok with a Capers firing. Injuries have taken their toll on this team. Who should replace Capers in the interim?

Agree with the 3rd and 1 pass plays.....was mind-blowing us in the stands.

There were a few passes today that were lofted up there and the GB defenders would have had easy picks if they looked back. Instead the receiver snagged it for a couple TDs (Riley cooper and someone else). That first TD to D Jackson was kinda flukey too.

Thanks to all the pack fans today who were quite friendly and gracious. Wonderful place to watch a game!

One of the big developing problems is the wildcard race. Barring a total collapse, one of the Seahawks/Niners will get the first WC (likely Niners). Now the Panthers are 6-3, Philly is 5-5 with the tiebreaker, Arizona is 5-4, and Chicago is 5-4.

If somehow, some way, the Packers can win the next two (unlikely, but I still see it as possible), there's a chance. The good thing about the Lions winning (and I preferred the Bears to win) is that if the Packers find a way to do well enough to be in the playoff chase, they would almost certainly beat out the Bears for a playoff spot with a Week 17 win.

Gotta figure they can only afford 2 more losses, tops, especially because they are going to be struggling with tiebreakers. Best hope (if there's hope) is to beat the Lions and get the tiebreaker math to work.

Seeing how Tolzien looked with no real prep and zero experience, I am slightly optimistic that the offense can do a little something the next couple games. He wasn't great, but he wasn't nearly as bad as I thought he'd be. We need the defense to step it up.

In the end, though, the season is probably lost. I'll keep hoping and watching, though.

The town literally shuts down and becomes a giant party. If you don't mind the price on memorabilia or gear, check out the pro shop within the atrium. Inside Lambeau. Also great to just walk around, see a few historic things, etc. The GB fans are friendly towards anyone, even fans of the opposing team. At least in my experiences. I've been to about 50 games in my life (family has season tickets). Enjoy everything you can! See you there? Lol. Let us know how it goes for you.
I come up for 2-3 games a year, from Louisville, which makes it difficult to bring a grill. I come up with 3 others and we usually go to Kroll's and/or those huge tents on the opposite side of the stadium from Krolls. I've been to the museum and the pro shop. Is there anything else you all would recommend?

I do agree that Green Bay has an awesome pre-game atmosphere and that the fan base is better (more fun and friendlier) than any other professional team I've seen.

I certainly wouldn't have predicted that Green Bay's season would look more dire than Nebraska's season at this point. This is disappointing.

I hope so! Not that he is a savior or something (although could be our best chance) and certainly more capable than any other backup who is out there.

I guess this is what it feels like to be a fan of pretty much every other team in the NFL at some point over the last 20 years. I didn't know how much it sucked to have a bad QB. Favre and Rodgers spoiled me.

No. They have won 3 games this season. Have you seen who those wins are coming from? 2 win MIN, PHI who is 5-5 but the majority of those Ws are against losing teams, and OAK who's 3 wins include JAX & PIT.

Eli manning is throwing up Brett Farve-esqe interception numbers this year.

McCarthy needs to give up his playcalling duties. They go 80 yards in 2 pass plays and then calls 2 draw runs in order to stay balanced. He's too predictable and has no feel for the game.

Fire big Mike? And hire who? His track record has been better than any coach we've had, even Lombardi if we're only counting afl/nfl merger.

I agree on firing Capers. His time has come and gone, but it's not like he's the one missing tackles, accumulating penalties, etc.
