I think he's referring to an article on ESPN some idiot created about trades he could see happening before the deadline. On the mobile app I got an alert saying "AP traded to Giants", but if you actually read the article it was one of this idiot's suggested trades. Basically ESPN can **** itself.

Cardinals trade wide receiver Larry Fitzgerald to Packers for their 2014 No. 2 draft choice, running back Johnathan Franklin and receiver Jordy Nelson
lol gtfo, this is a completely insane idea

Yeah. I'd never do that trade for Fitz.

Holy **** Boykin is slow, 4.74 40 time? I mean I guess that's the only way a big WR with good hands goes undrafted. But Jesus Rodgers is faster than he is.

He ran a 4.57 at his pro day. He's shown some solid wheels on those screen passes, IMO.

this is a good team; I get the same feeling watching this team as I did the team at the end of 2010-11.

I agree the division should be locked up though. Lions ROS looks like 4-5, Bears look 5-4 (maybe 6-3, winning out if Cutler is back after 4 weeks), Pack seems 7-3 at worst, IMO.

Bears could still be a tough 6-seed. Not sure who else can sneak in there after the Saints, Seahawks, Niners, Packers, and Cowboys (or Eagles but def not 2 NFCE teams in the playoffs).
I disagree, we are as good as anyone in the NFC, at absolute worst a 40-60 going up against anyone AFC or NFC, which is a far cry from the "let's just completely dismiss the Packers from any Superbowl talk whatsoever" that seems to permeate this forum.

Finley's already had concussion issues and now he was temporarily paralyzed on the field. While I'd like him back as a player, I think he'd be better of retiring for his own health, as well.

Why am I in a hurry? He's the one who has already made the decision to play again

Of course I plan to play football again This is what I love to do. I love the game. I love Sundays. Based on the feedback I’ve received from doctors at this point, the question is not if I’ll play again, but when.
Sounds like he's already made a decision to me, imo

Yeah really. Although I doubt we ever see him in a Packers uniform again. Just a feeling I have.

I think I can agree with this, though. I honestly doubt Finley plays again this year (if he ever does again). I'd imagine Finley will still want a big contract and will sign with the highest bidder. But, then again, this recent incident might leave teams to not wanting to sign him to a big deal, so maybe the Packers would get him at a very discounted price.

Seattle is not that good, and we already beat them in Seattle last year (despite what the standings say lol replacement refs). This year, they got really lucky against Houston, only beat Tennessee because they had a backup QB, and only beat St. Louis because they also had a backup QB. Their only legitimate win has been against SF which was indeed dominant, but other than that they have looked mediocre at best and have one of the softest schedules in the league. New Orleans is good but also beatable by any other competent team any given week.

San Francisco is really the only team that gives us trouble but even with them the game normally comes down to the end of the 4th quarter.

Maybe he'll miracle only miss 4 weeks and we can manage to go 2-2 with him out. Then obviously we ll win out and should sneak in at 11-5.

We'll be fine without him. He's just a system QB afterall.
